 Music isn't just something that people enjoy listening to on good days, but a way we can relate and connect with others emotionally through our struggles in life. By using different musical elements and combining them all together into a song, artists are able to convey their emotional experiences in a way where listeners can be connected and feel that they aren't alone in their circumstances. My thesis is that music has the ability to bring people together emotionally through shared experiences and how each person can relate with the artist in the song.  " Someone Like You" by Adele was released in 2011 in the United Kingdom, and the song describes the feelings of heartbreak that the artist experienced from losing her love. Story:           The movie starts off with a young Carl Fredrickson, the main protagonist, being a huge fan of the renowned explorer Charles F. Muntz. He was saddened to learn that Muntz had been accused of fabricating the skeleton of the giant bird he claims to have found in Paradise Falls, located in Venezuela, South America. To prove everyone wrong, he sets out on his zeppelin called the Spirit of Adventure, promising to not come back until he is able to bring back the bird. Carl then befriends an energetic tomboy named Ellie, who is also a fan of Muntz, having a dream to move her "clubhouse" to a cliff that overlooks Paradise Falls and making Carl promise to help her.            Fast forward, they eventually get married and work together to enjoy life in the renovated house that was once the clubhouse.
